Post Congressional Gold Medal Luncheon and Program in SF

This event is co-sponsored by NJAHS and the Japanese Cultural and Commuinity Center of Northern California, will honor Nikkei vets of World War II who were members of the famed 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, and the Military Intelligence Service. These heroes were awarded the Congressional Gold Medal at the US Capitol's Emancipation Hall last November 2, 2011. The medal is the nation's highest civilian honor.
